SHIPPING
How Will My Order Ship?
Unless otherwise noted our products will ship via Federal Express Ground service at the rate of $10.00 per item. All our orders are very carefully packed and guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Fed Ex Ground generally takes 2-6 business days to arrive. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email when your order ships with your tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online to make sure everything is on schedule.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 20 days of receipt.
The item has to be unopened and unused. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective product. Initial cost of shipping will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and method.
All returns require you to email or call us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and further return instructions.
PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.
Please include your RA # on the return shipping label only and do not write it on the product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number.
Damaged Product We take extra care when packing your items for shipment. All items are quality checked, wrapped in thick bubble-plastic and boxed.
If the product is delivered with damage, please make note of it with the delivery driver when you sign. Report all damages to us within 24 hours of receipt by email or phone.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.
